I'm using this fuzzy kind of fabric for the bodies, and felt for the hair. And then whatever kind of fabric I can find in the right colour/texture for their clothes. :D The jeans are denim and Dean's jacket is pleather.

OMG, these are just so ridiculously adorable. Their expressions are so in character, and you can just tell how much effort you've put in their clothes and everything. Normal!Cas clearly doesn't approve stoner!Cas' behaviour, haha. xD

Can I ask what you used to make the eyes and the mouth? I've been thinking about attempting to make plushies myself and I'm not that fond of the thought of painting the eyes/mouth directly on the head, but it looks like you've drawn the eyes/mouth on another material and then you've attached it on the head?

Aww thank you so much! Lol the faces are my favourite, I love silly faces.

I used iron on transfer paper for the faces, oh man. I could NEVER have painted them on there, my hands shake so horribly and I'd have wasted so much fabric and paint trying to do that.

The only thing I wish I had done differently was to cut the eyebrows out separately, but with the shakey hands I was afraid of doing that and risking knocking them out of place when I went to iron them on. 8'D
