And yup! Wrote this Sam/Cas fic (http://jackvelvet.livejournal.com/230035.html) where Cas, um, violently ditches the souls in just this way. I hate the gore of vomit, but there's that whole idea that souls enter/exit the mouth that I really liked, so I went with it. Which is also why I love this pic. :) Kind of reminds me of anime a bit.
